Paintball

Q. HOW DOES PAINTBALL WORK AT OUR FACILITY?

A. If you are playing publicly: After you have checked in, received a safety speech, gear, and paint, you are ready to start playing! We run games for 15-20 minutes every 5 minutes, allowing for people who have played to be able to refresh, fill up on air/paint, and get back out to play. You may have received your gear right as a game was going out, so you may have to wait for them to come off and for another game to be called. Thank you for your patience!

If you are playing privately: After you have checked in, your private referee will give you and your group your safety speech and you will get your gear and paint. Once you're ready, your referee will take you out to start playing!

Q. WHAT HAPPENS IF THE WEATHER IS BAD?

A. All bookings have a chance of being canceled and/or rescheduled if the weather is below a high of 40 degrees Fahrenheit or if it is actively raining or snowing. We use our social media to keep everyone actively updated on our plans, and we will also post on our website.

We make our final decision on opening the day prior. With this, we will contact you prior to the day you have booked to let you know and do our best to reschedule you for a day that will work. We will fully refund your money if you are unable to reschedule, but we can not offer discounts or anything of the sort for the cancellation or having to reschedule because the weather is unfortunately out of our control.

If we still open up on cold days (that are over 40 degrees), our cancellation policy is still in effect. If you choose to not want to come out due to the temperature, we ask you still let us know within the appropriate amount of time because we dictate our days based on our reservations.

Q. HOW LONG WILL MY PAINT LAST?

A. It is hard for us to dictate how long the paint you buy should last (whether it is 100, 250, or 500 round bags) because everyone shoots and plays differently. Some people are more trigger-happy than others, so it all depends on the person. We recommend you start with a regular bag of paint (normally the best deal is 500 paintballs for $20) and buy more paint throughout the day if you need it.

Q. WHAT IF WE HAVE LEFTOVER PAINTBALLS?

A. If you have some paint left over after your day here, you can bring the paint home and use it when you come back out! We do not buy paint back or give refunds. All we ask is that you keep it in an environment that is not too hot or too cold, such as a closet. We will check your paint when you bring it back to make sure it is still able to be used.

Q. WILL THE PAINT STAIN MY CLOTHES?

A. Our paint is 100% biodegradable and non-toxic. The paint should not stain your clothes unless left unwashed for many days. But, you will get dirty running and crawling around while playing, so keep that in mind. We suggest covering up any exposed skin.

Q. DOES PAINTBALL HURT?

A. Paintball does hurt to a certain extent. Of course, everyone's pain tolerance and what they can handle varies, but it is not too much to handle. We like to explain it as the feeling of being whipped by a wet towel or a large rubber band snap. They can leave welts and cause bruising/slight bleeding if it hits you a certain way.

Q. DO YOU RENT OUT PAINTBALL EQUIPMENT?

A. Yes! We rent out our basic paintball equipment for $12. This will give you your gun with everything needed to play as well as a mask.

Q. WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?

A. For private groups (gotcha, .50 caliber, .68 caliber) we require at LEAST a 24-hour notice for cancellations. We want to be able to open up your slot for other people wanting to play privately. These reservations are important since we only run 2 private parties a day! If you fail to do so, we will keep a portion of your deposit and take note of the late cancellation. For public groups (walk-ons, Groupons, star packages) we ask that you give us at LEAST a 2-3 hour notice for cancellations. We plan ahead for reserved groups, so if we do not get a notice, that can mess up how we run our day. Again, if you fail to give us a timely notice there is a chance we will keep a part of the deposit (if taken).

We understand, things happen! But we ask for you to respect our time as much as we will yours.

Q. CAN WE BRING OUR OWN FOOD AND DRINKS?

A. Of course! We have a large staging area with picnic tables and shade covers, so feel free to bring your own food and drinks. (Just no alcohol!!) We also rent out propane grills for $5 if you'd like to bring your own food to cook. We also have a concession stand with cold drinks like soda, water, tea, energy drinks, and gatorade as well as snacks like chips, cookies, candy, and much more!

We do not have electricity, so please plan accordingly if you plan to bring food that needs to stay cold or be heated up.

AIRSOFT

Q. DO YOU RENT OUT AIRSOFT EQUIPMENT?

A. We do not rent out airsoft equipment, you will have to bring out your own. Big Red Airsoft/Division Airsoft works with us on our airsoft days if you're wanting or need equipment. Contact Big Red Airsoft for this information.

Q. IS IT OKAY TO BRING OUT MY 10-YEAR-OLD THAT IS NEW TO AIRSOFT?

A. The airsoft groups we run tend to be more experienced players.
